Livadi <\/span>is the largest settlement on the island and the only port of Serifos. It is located<\/span> in the southeastern<\/span> part of the island in a bay protected from the wind. It has good mooring pier for ships for all weather conditions and<\/span> also facilities for yachts. The place is blessed with water, a fact rare for<\/span> our islands<\/span>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n

In Livadi are the most accommodations of the island and generaly is a tourist center. <\/span>There is a bank, a post office, gas station, pharmacy, and the Port Police Station. Also information office for visitors, travel agencies and of course many shops.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Livadi has the largest beach of the island called Avlomonas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In Livadi is the starting point for buses doing itineraries to beaches, quaint villages, the historic castle of the Archangels, the White Tower, the Great Livadi with its rich mining history and the remnants of which create a special atmosphere.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

From Livadi somebody may see the most beautiful Hora in Cyclades, with picturesque cobbled streets and whitewashed Cycladic houses.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
