<span class=\"\">due<\/span> <span class=\"\">either<\/span> to lack of in places boulders shielding sufficient weight or the low level of immunity resulting in overcoming by the waves and damages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>After the latest operations completed the pier shield was strengthened and secured, which is necessary for the smooth operation of the port
